(Yahoo!) - The Beyoncé pregnancy rumors were a sizzling hot topic last week – and they don't seem to be going away anytime soon.

While the 31-year-old has recovered from her bout of dehydration and exhaustion and appeared on stage over the weekend in skintight costumes, the buzz that she and Jay-Z are secretly expecting isn't fading away. Let's look at the latest…

Signs Point to No: It was reported on Monday that Jay-Z denied the rumors when he responded to a congratulatory email about the baby news from the program director of a New York radio station. "It's not true," the program director, said in an in-studio video clip.

Signs Point to No: If Blue Ivy's mom is pregnant, she didn't let on when she hit the stage in Milan on Saturday as part of her "The Mrs. Carter World Tour." Beyoncé worked it in a series of form-fitting outfits, including a blue catsuit and multiple flesh-exposing bodysuits, that didn't reveal any obvious baby bump-age.

Signs Point to Yes: However, the designs are custom made by Emilio Pucci creative director Peter Dundas to fit her million-dollar body – and she does have a world-class wardrobe team backstage. So alterations to make the styles a little roomier would be easy. And it's not like she's rocking midriff exposing tops. Her outfits are very structured pieces with layers and sometimes even belts, which are more forgiving and could keep first trimester expansion contained.

Signs Point to … We Have No Idea: The "Love on Top" singer also seemed to address the chatter about her possible baby plans in a message she posted on Instagram. "I can't stop the rumors from starting, and I can't really change peoples minds who believe them, all I can do is sit back and laugh at these low life people who have nothing better to do than talk about me," said the black and white graphic which was briefly posted on Friday and then deleted.
